For Berlin clients that has one practical advantage: the discovery sprint kickoff and the working session on the agent role happen in person, at your office or at ours in Kreuzberg. The people who do the work today show it on their own screen, and the role is cut by the end of the day. We do the rollout to the team on site as well. Build, evals and operation are work on code and run the same way as everywhere: one weekly session, one shared channel, one repository that belongs to you.
